The universe is made up of frequency and vibration of energy.
All matter on earth consists of atomic material which is in constant motion, vibrating or spinning, manifested in everything within the universe.
All organisms are made out of atoms and molecules, which means literally every living thing is radiating energy and vibration. Every living thing on earth vibrates at its own level with its own sound, determined by the velocity of its frequency.
Motion generates frequencies and in turn, generates sound whether we are able to hear it or not. Everything has a sound, and it’s own level of vibration. The specific sound is determined by the velocity (frequency) of the movement.
All organisms on this planet use vibration i.e., energy, as the primary means of communication. In its original condition vibration is inaudible and invisible, but in its first stage towards manifestation it becomes audible, and its next step is visible.

Music at certain frequencies can influence our state of mind.
For centuries, sound healing has been used as a therapy to ease and cure many. It has been proven that the frequency we listen to actually changes our brain’s frequency through the auditory cortex, altering our emotions that trigger releasing hormones and chemicals with the ability to heal the body. Our modern-day musical (12-tone scale) is slightly out of sync from the ancient Solfeggio frequencies (6-tone scale) originally developed by a Benedictine monk, Guido d’Arezzo (c. 991 AD — c. 1050 AD), traditionally associated with sacred music such as the Gregorian Chants. The chants and their special tones were believed to impart spiritual blessings when sung in harmony.
Each Solfeggio tone is comprised of a frequency required to balance your energy and keep your body, mind, and spirit in perfect harmony.
Today, we know the Solfeggio scale as seven ascending notes assigned to the syllables Do-Re-Mi-Fa-So-La-Ti. The original scale was six ascending notes assigned to Ut-Re-Mi-Fa-Sol-La. The syllables for the scale were taken from a hymn to St. John the Baptist.

The commonly stated range of human hearing is 20 to 20,000 Hz. Under ideal laboratory conditions, humans can hear sound as low as 12 Hz and as high as 28 kHz, though the threshold increases sharply at 15 kHz in adults, corresponding to the last auditory channel of the cochlea.
